Kicking off in a short and sweet manner I thought I should get into the swing of things with some quick fire A’s to Q’s you may (or may not!) have on BWickedWhat, Who, Why…
B is my name
Wicked because I am…occasionally ;-)
Fit because I’m a personal trainer who loves all things to do with health & fitness
Life experience? A bit - too many years working in London within Finance before stumbling on something I love :-)
Fat experience? Plenty…’festively plump’ was the word to describe me all year round up until not so long ago. A love of cake, chocolate, wine plus a couple of kids under my belt were not kind to the tum, bum…you get the picture!
Have I gone cold turkey on all of the above? Absolutely not but the 80/20 rule works wonders, so does swapping quantity for quality!
What’s the best health quote you’ve ever read? “The best six doctors anywhere and no one can deny it are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise and diet” - Thank you Wayne Fields, whoever you are!
Why am I starting to blog? Because I have some amazing clients who regularly have the same questions, issues, ailments and I thought it might be helpful to share my knowledge and opinion (and it is only that!) for anyone that is interested!
What are you rubbish at? Social media…bare with me, hopefully I’ll get better!
