PRE & POST NATAL CLASSES
I firmly believe that exercising throughout pregnancy and beyond is so important for your health and wellbeing. It can also be a mine-field of conflicting information of what you should and shouldn’t do, so I hope to help guide you through the process!
• we will exercise and talk about diet
• I will help you to lift correctly
• I will help you breathe correctly
• I will help protect and strengthen your glorious pelvic floor
• we will also laugh and have fun!
These classes are no more than six to eight people and normally run in a six week block.

PERI TO POST MENOPAUSE WELLNESS CLASSES
Whether you're a 35 or 55 year old woman, this class could be the one to change your life. If you are exhausted, irritable, suffering from night sweats, PMS, hot flushes, headaches, couldn’t think of any worse than having sex etc... then come and change one or all of these things with me by learning:
• how to understand how your body works and recognise how it reacts as you go through your peri and post menopausal journey
• how to nourish yourself through the right foods and lifestyle
• how to move and incorporate the right exercise for you
• embracing this journey so you go through it with confidence, happiness and strength!
