Every client that I work with is unique. To get the best out of your sessions, they are tailored and personal to you.
It’s got to be fun and enjoyable! You also have to have felt a sense of achievement and satisfaction from your time with me. Some days you’ll be feeling ‘blurgh’ or injured so it’s all about balance and doing what’s good for you on that day.
In most cases I come to you with my kit... so it’s super easy! Most clients I see once or twice a week, others I see once a fortnight or once a month — whatever works for you!
